In this SVN, the most recent book layout in Adobe InDesign CS4 will be available. All project files will be saved in the .indd format, and individual chapter/section drafts will be available in .odt (OpenOffice document) or .doc (MS Word) formats.

In addition to these files, a PDF version of the InDesign document will be available. At present, these documents are not to be distributed. They are for internal consumption only, and when they have been cleared for release and printing, a notification will be released, at which point anyone is free to download the book as a standalone PDF, to print or to read electronically, or to purchase a copy of the book via NUI Group. More information regarding this will be made available as soon as possible.
