Description

CCA will be based on the newest version's oF, so port CCV to the newest version's oF is benefit to the both two projects.

A new svn branch of ccv will be found for this work.

The debug version is ok. but there is a link error in the Release version:
fatal error C1047: The object or library file '.\obj\Release\main.obj' was created with an older compiler than other objects; rebuild old objects and libraries

Great work Jimbo... this should really help speed up compilation time now that OFX uses a static lib.
