issue starting CCV 1.2 on OSX 10.6.2

Description

when trying to start CCV i just get the following error log:
posix_spawn("/Macintosh HD/Programme/CCV-1.2-mac-bin/CCV-1.2-mac-bin/Community Core Vision/Community Core Vision.app/Contents/MacOS/Community Core Vision", ...): Permission denied
The older versions of tbeta work well.
