Windows 7 Not Loading

Description
When attempting to run the newest version of CCV under windows 7, the MS-DOS command window pops-up for a moment only and states "VideoInput Library 0.1991 TFW07". It proceeds to close. I can't find any documentation on this bug. Any suggesitons?

Please post you log file. It should be in the bin/log folder

Forgot to log on when I posted.
Didn't realize log file existed, apparently too late at night for me to remember anything.
Log file:

OF_ERROR: sorry, there is a problem with quicktime starting up... please check!
Vision module has exited!
I'm assuming I don't have quicktime on my windows 7 machine. Sorry for the inconvenient question! Thanks for pointing me in the right direction though.

No problem Sean, there's no inconvenient questions ;) . Installing quicktime should fix it.
