Description
Start working on a class for Argos to act as a parent for the UI panels accessible within Argos.
- Argos_ElementBrowser - Loads PNG snapshots of available elements and populates a panel with them. Eventual functionality will be to allow dragging of them onto a view within Argos to create a new element.
- Argos_ElementEditor - Allows the user to select an element in the Argos view and allow selective editing for properties such as name, min-max value, color, and OSC/MIDI destination.

Panels are okay for now, but should later implement methods to constrain child objects to the panel's width/height area.
