We really need Code Review... maybe HTTP version similar to googlecode... also every developer should get emails of the changes from SVN each time changes. (Mailing list)

This redmine plugin could work: http://www.redmine.org/boards/3/topics/5878
Maybe we can add that.
As for email changes, you can currently get see svn changes by subscribing to the SVN activity feed and see all nuicode activity from www.twitter.com/nuicode
