Missing runtime dll files on Windows 7

Description

A test on fresh installed Windows 7 RC (B7100).
CCV needs msvcr71.dll and msvcp71.dll these should normaly be distributed with an application using those.

Thanks! We don't have developers who test on Windows 7 as that's still beta. If someone can send the needed dlls, we can include them.

Yes i know its still a beta. Im also just telling you that these are missing to help the community :D i really think you all are doing a very good job. Keep up the good.
